Description
Sera Sanderson is a French-American conceptual artist who lives in the New York neighborhood of South Jamaica. She moved to France to the city of Sevran. From there, she executes photomontages. She diverts photographs from the fashion media, the sex industry, and journalism. They are medium format realizations accompanied by concise and/or aggressive texts, written in print. The use of fluorescent colors contrasts with the importance of the subject.
